We Had to Ask for a Refund

In the beginning, the classes were actually going well. Arjun liked the storytelling activities and the teacher was quite friendly. I could see that the sessions were interactive and not like normal tuition. For the first few weeks, everything seemed fine and we were hopeful that this program would really help him.

However, after about a month, our situation at home suddenly changed. My husband had to relocate temporarily for work and our daily routine became very hectic. Managing Arjun’s school, homework, and the online classes together started becoming difficult. There were days when he joined class tired, and sometimes we had to reschedule.

Eventually, the refund was processed according to the policy. Of course, some deductions were applied because Arjun had already attended a few classes, but the process itself felt transparent.

Looking back, our experience with PlanetSpark was not negative at all. The classes were good, and if our schedule had allowed, we probably would have continued. Sometimes circumstances change, and in our case, requesting a refund was simply a practical decision.
