Friends, coworkers, the Board of Directors, and other people, Hello and welcome to the afternoon. My retirement as CEO of ABC Multinational Co. has made me very happy, so I'm going to give this speech in honour. I'd like to warmly welcome everyone on this challenging but essential day.

I worked with a lot of you at this company for ten years. It's a pleasure to say that you have given me the best working conditions and an excellent place to do my job. The company is very profitable, and you all are doing a great job running it. When I think about all of this, it's time for me to step down from my job and let other young and excited leaders run things instead.

I was able to learn a lot during my time at this company. These skills have helped me in both my professional and personal lives. The people I met were always there for me. A few of the most important skills I learned are: Leadership, time management, honesty, and teamwork are just a few of them. This shows that we have been successful as a company by working together and that we have won a lot of awards because we are so committed and want to be a worldwide company. As a result, I can say that your help has made me a better employee at this company.

When I say that our company has moved up, I feel thrilled. This is because we work together, and the company treats everyone, no matter what their status or job title is. At this exciting time, I'd like to show my heartfelt thanks to my employees for their dedication to making sure the business meets its goals. Nothing would have been possible without my team's help, dedication, hard work and the company. The fact that I won't be able to see or be around you makes me sad.

When the company lost a lot of money, and the investors didn't like it, the board of directors and my coworkers stood by me and helped me. That was a massive project for us, but we could finish it thanks to your hard work and constant support, and now we're getting a lot of money.
