All of us sit most of the day, such as me and my fellow mates sit in the classroom; then we go to the tuition and take classes. When we are tired, we sleep, or in the evening, most of my friends have started playing PlayStations, games on the phone or video games.

Doing exercise helps reduce stress, blocks negative thoughts, and the best thing is that it distracts me from my daily stress of studies. 

During my summer vacations, I joined Zumba classes, it felt great, and I also got to interact with others. It makes my mood better and also helps improve my sleeping pattern.

It uplifts my mood and reduces stress, anxiety and depression. (although I don't have any) I also read somewhere that when you do any physical activity, it stimulates a few transitions in some parts of the brain and increases brain sensitivity for serotonin and norepinephrine, which relieves all the stress.

The good thing is that physical activity increases the production of endorphins that help get a positive feeling and reduce the perception of pain. I also feel the same way; it inculcates positivity and good vibes in me.
