As an Operations & Customer Support Executive you will be driving the
company’s Customer Support and Sales Operations. We are poised to
grow 2X quarter on quarter in revenue terms in 2020 and this is an exciting
opportunity for anyone who wants to be part of this growth journey. We are
looking for a person who can handle and manage our customers.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks Include:
1. Understand and address customer queries and concerns
2. Coordinate with sales and content teams to enable batch
3. Schedule trial and regular classes for customers
4. Managing teachers and their day to day operations
5. Address and resolve customer related tickets
6. Analyzing data and identifying unlocks in Sales and Costs
7. Customer Engagement & Retention
You Should Have:
1. Street smart and get things done DNA.
2. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills both written
3. Natural ability to read between numbers
4. Ability to build strong relationship with internal teams.
5. Excellent presentation, problem solving and organizational skills.
