About the Institute

Beehive Communication Club, commonly known as BCC, is a communication skills training institute based at No 101/15A, Katcheri Road, opposite Bala Chandar TVS, Sivagami Puram, Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu 626001. Founded in 2012 by Shyamraj A, a former software engineer at Infosys who later became a trained Toastmasters speaker, BCC has been serving students, school children, college learners, and working professionals across Tamil Nadu for over a decade. The institute was inaugurated by Mr. B. Athinarayanan, Principal Consultant at Ma Foi Strategies Pvt. Ltd.

Teaching Approach and Learning Environment

BCC follows an evaluation-based training methodology where learners are not just passive participants but are gradually given the role of a leader within the group. The institute uses unique models developed specifically for Tamil-speaking learners to help them transition from their mother tongue into confident English speaking. Classes run in both offline mode at the Virudhunagar centre and online mode for learners across India and other cities including Tirunelveli, Kovilpatti, and Coimbatore. The training style blends structured learning with real practice, group discussions, and public speaking exercises.
