Founded in 2019 by Lalit Arya, who holds an MA in English and has prior experience as a soft skills trainer, the institute serves students, housewives, professionals, and businessmen looking to improve their English communication and public speaking abilities.

Teaching Approach and Learning Environment

The institute offers classroom-based, interactive training using audio, video, notes, books, and projector classes. A key feature is physical conversation sessions with foreigners, which provides real exposure to spoken English in a practical setting. Classes also include a motion dictionary format and personalised one-on-one attention from mentors. Public speaking sessions are conducted on a stage in an in-house auditorium with a microphone, which helps students overcome stage fear in a real environment. Programs and Focus Areas

Arya Education offers three structured course levels, each of 3 months duration. The Basic Fundamental Course covers day-to-day words, parts of speech, sentence formation, reading skills, greetings, and short question-answer practice. The Intermediate Course builds on this with general vocabulary, improved sentence structure, articles, picture description, story telling, role plays, and free speech exercises. The Advanced Course is for learners who already have a working knowledge of English and focuses on overcoming stage anxiety — it covers JAM sessions, rapid fire rounds, press conferences, group discussions, debates, extempore, public speaking, elocution and diction, interview skills, presentation skills, figurative speech, and news reporting. A corporate training programme is also offered for organisations.
