Introduction
We have great access to YouTube, and personally, using YouTube can be extremely beneficial to me and us all. It is a basic medium to showcase our likes and interests to everyone.
YouTube is an excellent way to communicate with people who have the same interests as me and share those things with them. As a kid, I have so many things to show and tell the world, so using YouTube as a medium can be a fun exercise.
For other kids like me who wish to reflect their thoughts, views, and interests to others, I think YouTube is the best platform to do so, as it is accessible and user-friendly.
What can kids use YouTube for?
Personally, if I had to utilise the benefits of YouTube, I would talk about everything I could talk about. This can include anything–from things I learn in school to discovering new games with my friends. Adults often do not realise that school can be pressurising, even for small children.
By having a YouTube channel, I can freely express what I feel regarding school, what I am taught, my budding friendships with kids my age, what I think about life, and so on… Even if we are a little too young to have a large perspective.
Kids like me, who have particular interests such as video gaming, reading books, singing, dancing, drawing, and painting, can educate themselves in those arenas and share their claims with the whole world.
Kids who want to use YouTube to make their day-to-day learning process easy can look out for people and organisations who teach their topics of liking.
What to consider before starting your YouTube Channel?
YouTube is a fantastic platform to ignite creativity, skills, and drive for various passions. Before setting up a kid to start their channel, there are a few things to keep in mind.
The content one puts on it, and the language used play an important role. YouTube pays money for the content broadcasted through it, which can also be a motivational factor for a kid like me to share their insights with the world.
Conclusion
Investing time productively on YouTube is fun and has effective outcomes. Kids have so much to talk about, and what better way to reflect on your interests than such a huge media platform? This makes kids feel truly confident in their skills and gives them a reason to feel good about their interests.
