explore the world beyond her village. Her strong determination
led her to plan a bus journey to a nearby town. She carefully
gathered information about the bus timings and fare by
listening to conversations and observing others.

She saved money by avoiding unnecessary expenses and
boarded the bus alone. During the journey, she observed
everything with great interest and excitement. Her innocence
and curiosity are reflected in her interactions and observations.
However, the journey also taught her an important lesson when
she saw a dead cow on the road. This incident made her realize
the realities of life and death.
Thus, Valli’s journey was not just about travel but also about
gaining knowledge and maturity.

(2) Griffin was a brilliant scientist who discovered the formula of
invisibility. However, instead of using his knowledge for the
benefit of society, he misused it for selfish purposes.

After becoming invisible, he began committing crimes such as
stealing money, breaking into houses, and creating chaos. He
even set fire to his landlord’s house out of anger. His actions
show that he was irresponsible and lacked moral values.
Griffin believed that his invisibility gave him power to do
anything without consequences. However, his misuse of power
ultimately led to trouble.

Through Griffin’s character, the author highlights that scientific
knowledge must be used responsibly. Without ethics,
intelligence can become dangerous.
