Dear Ma'am As per the advertisement posted on indeed i would like to join your prestigious institution and serve as a Pre Primary Curriculum Head / Pre Primary Coordinator if given a chance. I am Ranjeeta Prajapati. I started my career as a Kindergarten teacher in Sunbeam School Varanasi ( CBSE) and was promoted as Kindergarten Coordinator in 2009 . Was in the same position till March 2020. I was managing a group of 18 teachers and 350 students. To plan the curriculum, guiding the teachers and supporting them as an when required, class observation, conducting educational sessions for teachers, solving parents teachers and students issue and also assisting the Head Mistress in interviews, planning of events and celebrations was under my domain. I also use to take Qct with teachers and students both. In my free time I write motivational poems for adults and kids too. I have achieved several awards and certificates for the same My two poetry books....(My Poetry...my feelings series 1, 2) is published by Walnut publication ( available on Amazon.in and Flipkart). I also write kid's stories. My two story books ( Ms.Sharpener...my best friend and Ron's wonder world) are also available on a Amazon.in and Flipkart. I have also learnt Kathak for 10 yrs and performed in many prestigious platforms. I have also prepared students for many events. I have also created many utube videos on phonics and story telling. My articles on Importance of Music in early childhood education is published in Teacher Plus Magazine and IPN MAGAZINE. Article...A little plaudit does wonders.....is published in Namaste India Magazine. I relocated to Bangalore due to my daughter's admission in Amity Bangalore in 2020 but couldn't join offline school due to pandemic. So joined Vedantu as a Phonics Mentor in Oct 2020. Was in Vedantu till May 2022. Worked as a Centre Head Little Millennium Preschool Bangalore. Presently working Little Millennium I have the experience of team management and I feel the most important thing a team needs is motivation. I love motivating people. I believe that each an every individual is blessed with some or the other qualities. And Coordinator's task is to assign the task accordingly. And maintain coordination between the teacher and the management.
