I hold a Master's degree in Psychology with a specialisation in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. Additionally, I have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Army Institute of Nursing Guwahati, complementing my academic background with real-world experience in critical care nursing. During my two years of work as a nursing officer in critical care nursing, I was recognized as a Star Employee and a Corona Warrior for my dedication and contribution to patient care. These experiences not only honed my practical skills but also instilled in me the importance of empathy, communication, and adaptability. Moreover, I am an avid writer and storyteller. I have a substantial following on NOJOTO, where I write and recite poems and stories, reflecting my creativity and communication skills. This experience has not only enhanced my writing abilities but also sharpened my ability to convey complex ideas in a simple and engaging manner. One of my greatest joys is teaching and sharing knowledge. I have a natural inclination for mentoring, which I have demonstrated by tutoring my juniors both in college and at my workplace.
