Description
I am an IB Category 1 Certified educator with 3 years of experience in the education industry. I am passionate about experiential learning. I have delivered experiential, inquiry & concept-based learning for English, Math, and Social Science up to Grade 1. I have experience in class room teaching as well as virtual learning and teaching, both in Hybrid and complete online models. I bring creativity into my lesson planning & delivery, making the learning process fun and exciting for the learners. I also have 8+ years of experience in HR before becoming an Educator. I was last associated with NIIT as Human Resource Business Partner – Assistant Manager. I graduated with English Hons. I completed my MBA from SCDL & Executive Program in HRM from IIM- Lucknow.
