Description
Born and brought up in Delhi in a family of Lord Krishna devotees. I completed my schooling from Salwan Public School, passed B com (Hons) from Delhi University. Completed MBA in marketing. Worked with couple of 5 star hotels in the areas of communicating with people of different nationalities while understanding their grievances and ensuring that they have a safe and pleasant experience during their stay. I got married in 2004 . My son who is now 16 came into my life in 2007. I left Delhi in 2009 and moved to Dehradun together with my husband and the little one. Worked with few colleges as an English Teacher and Soft skill Trainer. I also taught English and Communication Skills to the Buddhist monks at Songtsen Library. Completed Masters in Yogic Science from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University. Attended various meditation camps as l travelled to different cities in India. Did freelance assignments with corporates on the Workshops on The Art of Well Being . Facilitated as a Trainer at Samsung Design Systems, Kirby Steels India Ltd, BHEL Haridwar on Holistic Health. I am also associated with a psychiatrist in Dehradun where I do Counseling sessions for people who are dealing with mental health issues like depression, stress, anxiety etc . Now I sincerely wish to share my experience in terms of teaching communication skills and counseling people to live a much happier and peaceful life ahead. Thank you
