Description
I am an English Literature and Language postgraduate specialised in Translation Studies and American English. I have received an ‘Outstanding’ grade for the course “Teaching of English Language in India” from the prestigious Savitribai Phule Pune University, Maharashtra. Due to my interests towards Media and Writing, I have enrolled in a two-year programme; Masters in Journalism and Digital Media (IGNOU). This will definitely work as a ‘power-booster’ in my relevant field. As a certified PGDCA, my computer skills are proficient. Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor of English (Contractual), in a government aided provincialized college, where I teach UG major courses, such as English Language in India, Translation Studies, Business Communication, Writing for Media, Skill Enhancement Courses. Earlier in 2017, I was also involved as an English Language and Soft Skill Trainer under Government of India project ‘Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gramin Kaushalya Yojana’.
