I am Arpita Dey. I have experience of working as a corporate trainer in bpo and learning and development for 5 years and 10 months as an online English language tutor. I love training people and watch them grow in their career, it's like sowing seeds and watch them grow as a plant and then as a big tree. As a trainer my best achievements are to get good feedbacks from the trainees and their improvement. As I am a trainer, I always empathize with the trainees so that I can understand their situation, so that I can be more compassionate towards the trainee and I have a good observation skill as well that helps to figure the body language of the student and the state of mind, so that we can connect and get off on the right foot. Once a student joins with me I make sure to take personal care and understand the individual requirements so that the improvemnt can be visible to both the trainer and the trainee, in easiest possible way. A relaxed and happy mind learns fast, so I like having fun while learning that makes the process effortless and easy to grasp for the trainee.Let's enjoy the fun learning together.
