I have 3 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment. With my overall experience of interpersonal skill, ,I have analyzed that to enhance the candidates who are majorly in their molding stage in developing the confident attitude. I have been invited as the guest speaker and judge as an Alumni in GLS University. Talking about my experience in detail, I have started my career with AppIT Pvt Ltd as Development Support where I was handling international clients by understanding their requirements into technical concern over the product and resolving the same by the troubleshooting rebooting and escalating the concern to the technical team with major issues. From there on, I got an opportunity with BYJU’S, where I was into total recruitment coordination, the end to end field of operations and recruiting in the department of Staffing and Training. I have worked there on IT and Non IT roles. The roles that I have exposure in was on Marketing & Sales, Project Manager, Lead Accounting, Talent Acquisition, Software Developer, IT Support etc. Then I have got an opportunity with Wenger&Watson, where I have started to work into total IT requirements as per the clients’ requisition (Product Hiring, Permanent Staffing, Contract hiring). With W&W, I got the leisure to work for top notch companies like Flipkart, Walmart, Swiggy, Thermofisher, Algonomy, STG, Nike, Zscaler, Samsung. In IT product hiring, ,I have worked for the roles like Frontend, Fullstack, Backend, SRE, Devops, NetOps, PowerBI Developer, Tableau Developer, Java Developer. I am an RPO for the client Algonomy, which is an US product based company. For them, I was doing an end to end recruitment with the following path to lead: · Sourcing · Screening · Scheduling interview . People Management · Interacting with HM · Client handling . HR Discussion . Onboarding formalities. For Algonomy, I was having the roles to accomplish .i.e, Sr. SRE, Jr.SRE, NetOps, Datacenter Ops, HeadOps, CloudOps, System Engineer and SSE. Currently I am working as Human Resources Manager where I am handling around 15 members of the team. Checking upon the productivity, performance evaluation, Traning and development, Onboarding procedure, Performance Appraisal, Time Management, ROI of business Operation with the utmost effective skills.
