Manisha Srivastava

My name is Manisha Srivastava and I am from Uttar Pradesh, India. I have more than 13 years of teaching experience in different institutions and have been a part of progressive organizations that have helped me enhance my knowledge and skills. I have also had the opportunity to contribute my 100% dedication towards the development of students. Previously, I worked as an Assistant Professor (Soft & Hard Skills, Human Resource Management) & Coordinator of Training & Placement cell at Accurate Institute of Advance Management, Greater Noida. During this period, I was recognized for my efficient teaching style and was given the responsibility of “PDP trainer”. I was also promoted to “Coordinator of Training and Placement Cell” and was responsible for the overall development of MBA students. I made them capable of facing interviews and handled the entire interview procedures in the MBA department. Before that I worked as a Lecturer at United Group of Institutions, Allahabad. Where I taught Professional Communication, IR, IS, Human Values and Professional Ethics as subject in B.Tech department. During this period I was titled as a “Best Mentor and Counselor “ of the students and promoted as “Academic Coordinator” of Applied Science and Humanities Department. With this position I was responsible for maintaining the harmonious environment within the department. Prior to that, I also worked as a Soft & Hard Skills Trainer at Voice English Spoken Classes, Allahabad. In this role, I focused on the English spoken part of the students. Earlier than I worked as a NTT Trainer at Pratham Education Initiative, Allahabad. It was a NGO. Over there I had to train the nursery teachers about how to conduct the classes as well as how to teach our little students. If I talk about my qualifications my highest qualification is Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Ewing Christian College, Allahabad with the specialization of “Human Resource Management” in 2010. I also have done Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Allahabad Agricultural Institute Deemed University, Allahabad with the specialization of English and History subject in 2007. In addition, I hold a Master of Arts (M.A.) from Indira Gandhi National Open University with the specialization of History subject in 2008 and also done my Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from University of Allahabad with the specialization of English and Archaeology & Museology in 2005. I completed my Intermediate form UP Board in 2002 and High School form UP Board in 2000.
