Banani Garai is a TESOL-certified educator, curriculum designer, system designer, and pedagogy expert with over 30 years of experience nurturing lives as a teacher, mentor, and mother. Her professional journey reflects a unique blend of education, technology, and communication. She began by tutoring students in spoken English, followed by system design work at Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics and CESC(HR Dept.), where she improved processes in technical and HR domains.
Her passion for teaching took her to The Frank Anthony Public School (Kolkata) as a computer teacher, and later to Planetspark, where she continues to train learners in language and communication. Recently, Banani applied her expertise to the tech space, contributing to Teaching & Pedagogy frameworks for AI with Uber Scaled Solutions, helping shape learning approaches for emerging technologies. Known for her achievements in elocution, debates, drama, and public speaking, she continues to combine education, technology, and creativity to empower learners of all ages.
