Why a teacher has to do a demo confirmation call

After completing the documentation stage, you will undergo a 10-day training program, including 4 days of online group sessions and 6 days for 3 mock tests. Upon qualifying all 3 mocks, you will be onboarded. Note that the training period is unpaid. Once onboarded, you will earn by conducting demo classes and regular classes. Earnings will be transferred to your provided bank account in the second week of each month.
